Our Story

Ummul Qura Islamic Foundation (UQIF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Tax ID: 92-1643032).

UQIF was established in January 2023 under the guidance of esteemed Ulama and Muftis at Fort Worth, TX. UQIF aims to spread Islamic education, culture, and heritage within the local Muslim community and all over the USA.

There are a lot of Muslims who live in the Fort Worth area. There are also many refugees from different Muslim countries, e.g., Syria, Afghanistan, Burma, and some African countries.

Unfortunately, there are no Islamic schools or Madrasas to give proper Islamic education to muslim children. Additionally, there are many converts to Islam, and thereis  no one to teach them Islam.UQIF’s noble purpose is to spread Islamic education, lifestyle, build Islamic centers, community services, and establish and operate Islamic schools and Madrasas, particularly aiming to offer free education due to the financial constraints faced by many families.

UQIF has signed a partnership with IFA Consultancy to spread knowledge of Islamic Halal finance through seminars and various courses.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Islamic Association of Fort Worth (IAFW) for their unwavering support throughout our journey. Collaborating with them, Alhamdulillah, we established an Islamic school at Masjid Al-Sahaabah, Watauga, TX.
